Processing Times

Custom and made-to-order items are created specifically for you and will ship within up to 7 business days

Processing times exclude weekends and holidays and may be extended during launches or high-volume periods
In accordance with California and federal regulations, if we anticipate a delay beyond these timeframes, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Location
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Lucky Goldie is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email or text message, depending on your checkout preferences. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Lucky Goldie is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Orders returned due to address issues may require an additional reshipping fee.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Lucky Goldie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information for assistance.
