We sell physical jewelry products and digital gift cards. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
3. Custom & Final Sale Items
Custom and personalized pieces are final sale and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or a mistake was made on our end. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
4. Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate.
5. Returns & Store Credit
For non-custom items, we offer refunds within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Store credit may be issued for requests made between 14–30 days. Full return details can be found in our Refund Policy.
6. Allergies & Materials
Our products may contain metals, coatings, or materials that could cause allergic reactions. By purchasing, you agree that Lucky Goldie LLC is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.

We do our best to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screens and lighting, colors may vary slightly from what is shown online.
