At Lucky Goldie, each piece is thoughtfully designed and often made just for you. Please review our return, refund, and exchange policy before placing your order.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible, non-customized items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received

Returned with all charms and components intact

In their original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact info@luckygoldie.com before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
Items must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Store Credit
If a return request is made between 14 and 30 days after delivery, store credit may be offered at our discretion.
Custom Orders & Final Sale Items
All custom, made-to-order, or personalized jewelry is final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This includes pieces where charms or designs are selected by the customer.
Exceptions may be made if an item arrives damaged or an error occurred on our end.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
All sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@luckygoldie.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll take care of it.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
If more than 10 business days have passed since refund approval and you have not received your refund, please contact info@luckygoldie.com.
Shipping Disclaimer
Lucky Goldie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.
