Refund & Return Policy

At Lucky Goldie, each piece is made with love — and often, just for you. Because of this, we have a few guidelines around returns, refunds, and shipping to keep everything running smoothly.

Custom Orders & Final Sale Items

All custom and personalized jewelry is final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund — unless your item arrives damaged or a mistake was made on our end. This includes any pieces with charms selected by you or special customization.

Non-Custom Returns

We gladly accept returns on non-customized items within 14 days of delivery, as long as:

• The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition

• All charms or parts are intact

• It's returned in its original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please email info@luckygoldie.com before sending anything back. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Store Credit Option

If your return request falls between 14 and 30 days after delivery, we may offer store credit at our discretion. Just reach out — we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or we made a mistake with your order, email us at info@luckygoldie.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue — we’ll take care of it right away.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

• Custom items are made to order and will ship within 7 business days.

• All other in-stock orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or text (depending on your checkout preferences).

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping information entered at checkout, or lost/stolen packages once marked delivered.
